📋 Description

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing (EUC), servers, and network systems across LATAM locations. • Partner with service providers to ensure consistent delivery against service levels and operational expectations. • Act as a regional escalation point for critical technology incidents impacting business operations. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, infrastructure, and connectivity issues to minimize disruptions. • Apply and reinforce global IT standards, policies, and security requirements. • Identify and drive improvements in service quality, efficiency, and user experience. • Perform regional audits to ensure adherence to infrastructure standards and company policies. • Support the planning and execution of LATAM site technology projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal technology teams and business partners throughout LATAM.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience. • 3–5 years of experience supporting end-to-end IT solutions. • Experience supporting geographically distributed environments, ideally across LATAM. • Exposure to infrastructure, end-user computing, and IT service operations. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate effectively. • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, ports, protocols). • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Power BI is a plus). • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
