📋 Description

• Managing and growing a portfolio of premium retail and wholesale accounts • Building strong, trusted relationships with buyers and key stakeholders • Driving commercial performance through forecasting, reporting, and trading plans • Supporting joint business planning, negotiations, and promotional strategy • Leading seasonal launches and ensuring best-in-class in-store execution • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams • Identifying opportunities for growth, optimisation, and account expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in Account Management or National Account roles • Background in premium FMCG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and performance tracking • Solid understanding of retail cycles, sell-in/sell-out dynamics, and promotions • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
