📋 Description

• Create and maintain master data to align with Hershey’s financial reporting structures • Establish and maintain global processes to maintain financial master data • Develop and maintain reporting to routinely monitor master data • Partner with business, data, and governance teams to drive consistency and clarity in the use of master data • Support projects and initiatives that use financially relevant data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business/Information Systems. • 3-5 years with background in financial accounting, reporting and business systems, and/or master data management • CPA or equivalent preferred • Knowledge of SAP S4 modules and related interdependencies • Knowledge of GAAP and understanding of internal controls, particularly controls around data and master data management • Detail oriented with analytical thinking & problem-solving skills • Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and internal & external financial reporting processes • Required to work Night Shift (8PM TO 5AM)
