• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in IT systems management or technology leadership roles. • Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, and business-critical technology platforms. • Proven experience managing IT vendors, software providers, service levels, and technology partner relationships. • Demonstrated success in delivering technology projects and driving system, process, and operational improvements. • Solid knowledge of IT security, compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management within business environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Commercially focused, highly organised, and capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
