📋 Description

• Helps to lead client delivery relationships across various practice areas including SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA engagement • Works in tandem with other Service Line Managers for joint engagements of SOC and other audit frameworks • Ensures high quality delivery for client engagements • Manages client relationships, staffing, and delivery • Helps to grow the IAS practice • Assists in recruiting and hiring • Leads and develops talent to support IAS practice’s rapid growth

🎯 Requirements

• Amenable to work Mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT) • Work Set-up: Remote • A relevant certification (CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CISSP, CISM, etc.) • 5+ years of IT Audit experience, which includes a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing SOC Audits or similar audit engagements • Strong communication skills; verbal and written, with the ability to produce excellent written reports and audit documentation • Propensity to learn and self-develop • Commitment to exceptional client service and creative problem-solving ability with a consultancy mindset • Flexible, self-starter with the ability to interact with various levels of a client and firm management • Ability to lead engagement teams, review work papers and testing, and manage client relationships • Ability to train and develop intern, associate, and senior associate team members • Ability and desire to assist with sales and the growth of the practice • Ability to project manage including managing multiple delivery teams and clients at the same time • Strong role model who creates a positive work environment for the team
