📋 Description
• Sets a strategy and roadmap around AI & Automation delivery and execute assigned use cases • Own hands‑on requirements gathering, build/configuration, testing, and deployment • Configure and implement AI or automation capabilities within existing platforms • Support process redesign efforts to embed AI and automations into HR processes • Execute defined change and adoption plans for AI deployments • Track delivery milestones, adoption metrics, and operational performance of AI solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate in any field • 5 – 7 years experience with 2-3 years experience in AI • Experience in Copilot & Joule Studio, Claude, SuccessFactors, WalkMe, ServiceNow and other HCM, AI & Automation tools
