📋 Description

• Participate in or lead Kick-Off Calls with external clients for every new opening to understand hiring needs, expectations, and priorities • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to keep candidate profiles and recruitment efforts aligned • Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions • Search for candidates through databases, social media, networking, job fairs, and other channels • Draft recruitment advertisements and place ads in effective digital media • Identify candidates and assess qualifications through resume screening, interviews, and other communication • Conduct candidate video interviews and create profile summaries for clients • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients • Maintain contact with candidates and provide process updates • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System • Own and monitor recruitment KPIs for assigned searches • Review recruitment funnel performance to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Revenue, Sales, Operations, Client Success, or related positions • Experience working with international or US-based clients is a plus • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field • Advanced C1/C2 level of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Zoho Recruit or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR CRM • Previous experience with Slack, Asana, Loom, and/or similar collaboration tools • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence participating in or leading Kick-Off Calls • Understanding of recruitment KPIs and ability to monitor, analyze, and act on performance data • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously • Results-oriented and accountable for recruitment outcomes • Proactive and positive attitude • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Availability to work during US Central Time (CST) hours
