• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of university partners, particularly in the APAC region • Maintain proactive year-round communication with university partners • Respond to partner questions and requests and ensure follow-up • Understand partner needs and identify opportunities to support students and strengthen relationships • Keep partners informed about TIG programs, deadlines, events, and opportunities • Support university partners in driving student interest and enrollment in TIG programs • Execute partner recruitment and engagement plans, including email campaigns, presentations, information sessions, and events • Follow up on leads, opportunities, and agreed next steps • Move opportunities from initial conversation through execution while maintaining momentum and accountability • Support enrollment and partnership growth targets • Maintain accurate university and partner information in the CRM • Complete regular partner outreach and account management activities according to team processes • Coordinate university site visits, demos, presentations, events, and conference preparation • Prepare materials, presentations, and follow-up communications for meetings and events • Track actions, deadlines, and follow-ups to complete commitments on time • Support data integrity, reporting, and administrative processes across the UPT team • Collaborate with UPT, Admissions, Marketing, Operations, and other teams • Follow established processes and contribute improvement ideas • Take ownership of assigned tasks and communicate proactively when support or clarification is needed • Balance independent work with regular team alignment and collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, partnerships, higher education, or a related field • Understanding of the higher education landscape in the APAC/Oceania region and its cultural nuances is a plus • Fluent or near-fluent written and spoken business English • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through • Comfortable managing multiple accounts, tasks, deadlines, and recurring responsibilities simultaneously • Enjoys structured, process-driven work and consistently completes partnership details • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Action-oriented and pragmatic, with a bias toward execution • Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools • Ability to prioritize effectively and stay focused on agreed objectives • Curious and willing to learn while working within established processes and priorities • Home office space • Personal computer to work from • Submit a brief cover letter addressed to Martin Everard and a resume/CV in English
