• Identify and qualify potential new sales opportunities by researching potential customers and/or attending networking events • Schedule appointments with prospective clients to recommend products or services • Provide clients sound recommendations and consultations • Solve clients' pain points and reduce friction • Negotiate and close contracts with clients by gaining their trust • Manage accounts receivables for clients • Monitor customer feedback and provide exceptional customer experience • Recommend improved sales processes • Analyze competitors’ activities and assess the market • Research market trends to identify opportunities
• Minimum of 4-7 years of sales experience in B2B enterprise SAAS sales • Proven track record of success in sales and account management • Experience sourcing and closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals ($1M+ ACV) across Europe, the Middle East, and/or ANZ • Strong network of CROs, VPs of Revenue/Sales, and VPs of CX at Fortune 1000 (or equivalent) companies • Can sell without a Fortune 500 brand behind you • Strong business acumen (understand and analyze P&Ls and build ROI business cases) • Deep understanding of how customers’ businesses operate • Take full ownership and operate with integrity • Highly resourceful, proactive, impact-driven • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with LMS’, CMS’, Learning Apps, and learning platforms (a plus) • Experience using CRMs, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Figma.
