📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, collaborating with engineering, and shipping iteratively • Design for mobile and web, starting mobile-first and scaling to larger screens • Leverage AI tools throughout the design process • Deliver consumer-grade experiences for SMB software • Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant journeys • Work directly with PM, engineering, and growth to ship quickly • Stay close to and regularly speak with customers • Build and evolve the design system across platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mobile app experience (B2C preferred, B2B is a plus) • Comfortable designing for both mobile and web • Shipped products with real user traction • Able to own the full design cycle autonomously • Able to simplify complex workflows into intuitive flows • Able to ship fast without compromising quality • Experience leveraging AI tools in the design workflow • Product-minded and understands business impact • Makes decisions and takes initiative • Uses data and user insights to inform design • Fluent in English • Startup environment experience • Comfortable speaking with users • Required LinkedIn profile and portfolio for application
