• Program delivery and governance • Define the project framework: governance, rituals, forums, responsibilities • Ensure the smooth running of programs and alignment of all stakeholders • Guarantee the quality of deliverables and adherence to commitments • Contract management and client relationship • Act as a negotiator/mediator in relations with clients and partners • Manage delivery in compliance with the contract (SLAs, commitments, scope) • Work with the Legal team for support on sensitive issues • Risk management • Anticipate risks (schedule, budget, scope, resources, quality, contracting) • Put mitigation plans in place and make rapid decisions/arbitrations • Financial management and profitability • Monitor and optimize the project budget • Ensure the profitability and economic performance of the engagement • Staffing and management • Manage team staffing in coordination with the staffing team • Structure needs, arbitrate priorities, anticipate ramp-ups and ramp-downs • Supervise and develop Lead Product Managers on delivery-related challenges
• 10 to 15 years of experience in roles such as Program Director / Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager / Project Director • Strong experience in IT services firms/consultancies (Accenture, Capgemini, OCTO, Sopra Steria, etc.) • Accustomed to managing complex fixed-price projects with multiple stakeholders • Experience working with project teams and C-level executives • Experience in the public sector • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain dialogue and manage conflict among stakeholders • Ability to quickly understand situations and execute tasks efficiently
