📋 Description

• Design and develop useful, high-performing, and sustainable digital products • Ensure a steady pace and high quality of delivery for your project • Lead and motivate your team, make context-appropriate technical decisions, and mentor Software Engineers in their growth • Design scalable and resilient architectures (clear, shared architecture diagrams) • Write precise specifications to enable bug-free feature development • Implement a quality strategy based on Clean Code, automated testing, and code reviews • Maintain a structured working environment using 5S principles (organization, clarity, efficiency) • Participate in project routines (backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, ceremonies) and ensure ongoing client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of development experience • Strong command of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes) • Ability to design scalable architectures, make sound technical decisions, and ensure a high standard of code quality • Experience coaching and supporting developers while staying hands‑on with technology (continuous learning, coding, pair programming) • Value-driven mindset with a solid understanding of clients' business challenges
