📋 Description

• Create and optimize product listings on eBay, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and categories. • Enter and maintain accurate inventory information in the company’s Consigner management system. • Extract product information and images from supplier and auction websites. • Convert foreign currencies, especially JPY to USD, and accurately record purchase and sale amounts. • Cross-list products to additional platforms such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop following company guidelines. • Maintain accurate inventory and sales records. • Respond to basic customer inquiries through marketplace messaging using provided templates. • Collaborate with the team through chat and video meetings when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based software. • Strong organizational and data entry skills. • Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces. • Experience creating or managing product listings.eBay • Shopify • Etsy • TikTok Shop • Whatnot • Fashion, luxury goods, resale, or consignment businesses
