📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team. • Set priorities, allocate workload, and ensure projects are delivered on time. • Take ownership of the marketing function and be accountable for its performance. • Develop efficient marketing processes and workflows. • Remove roadblocks, solve problems, and ensure the team delivers measurable results. • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy alongside senior management. • Translate business objectives into marketing initiatives. • Identify new growth opportunities, marketing channels, AI tools, and process improvements. • Continuously refine the marketing strategy based on data and results. • Work alongside the team to execute SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, website improvements, and lead generation campaigns. • Create and optimize landing pages, funnels, and marketing campaigns. • Review and improve website performance, user experience, and conversions. • Analyze marketing performance and implement improvements based on data. • Jump in wherever needed to ensure projects are completed successfully. • Own the marketing funnel and continuously improve lead generation. • Define and monitor marketing KPIs. • Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI. • Present marketing insights and recommendations to senior management. • Foster a culture of testing and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above). • 5+ years of digital marketing experience. • 3+ years managing people or marketing projects. • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies. • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable marketing results through a team. • Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and analytics. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills. • Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of results. • Experience working in a remote environment.
