📋 Description

• Oversees daily line management responsibilities of the assigned team • Provides direct coaching and development support to operational teams • Responsible for effective resourcing, alignment, training, and ongoing professional and technical development for staff • Collaborates with clinical operations senior management and executive staff on strategic planning and business development • Acts as point of escalation regarding performance concerns and training needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • +4 Years of experience in monitoring field • Strong clinical operations experience within global clinical trials and FSP models • Strong experience in Oncology • Experience managing complex studies, sites, or operational challenges within matrixed environments • Exposure to multiple sponsors/clients preferred.
