📋 Description

• Review and verify documentation for opening and monitoring judicial and extrajudicial enforcement processes, including repossession • Handle requests from registries, legal department and other involved areas, ensuring process compliance • Negotiate settlements, monitor payments and manage debts related to consortium shares and assets • Process cancellations, reactivations, changes to credit letters and installment adjustments in accordance with internal policies • Update information, records and process statuses in corporate systems • Support the sale of repossessed assets and follow up on auction procedures • Assist consortium members and internal teams, providing operational support and clarifying requests • Prepare dossiers, notifications, communications, reports and tracking spreadsheets for processes and area KPIs • Request payments related to operations and maintain documentation and administrative controls up to date

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in administrative or operational activities • Knowledge of collections routines, share maintenance and consortium operations • Intermediate knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to the Consórcio System • Experience with ERP systems (Protheus), CRM and Newcon • Knowledge of negotiation, financial mathematics and calculations for settlements, discounts and simulations • Understanding of judicial and extrajudicial enforcement processes for guarantees and asset regularization • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel for creating spreadsheets and reports
