📋 Description

• Identify and attract new clients for subleasing institutional spaces. • Develop strategies to maximize rental profitability. • Provide service and maintain client relationships throughout the negotiation process. • Prepare, present and follow up on commercial proposals. • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closings. • Coordinate with the Legal department on drafting, reviewing, and formalizing contracts. • Track leads and keep information updated in systems. • Monitor deadlines, SLAs and outstanding issues until processes are completed. • Monitor signatures, contract terms, renewals and other contractual matters. • Collaborate with Ânima Ecosystem units and internal teams to assess space availability. • Provide support for negotiations and contract formalization. • Ensure compliance with internal processes related to negotiations and contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, commercial relations, contract management, or administrative activities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Organized with strong attention to detail. • Analytical ability. • Ability to work well in a team. • Ability to manage workloads, deadlines and SLAs. • Proactive and results-oriented. • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes or related fields.
