📋 Description
• Drive automation testing initiatives • Lead a team of engineers • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software products aligned with organizational standards • Define automation roadmap and strategy • Lead design and scalability of automation frameworks • Oversee CI/CD integration and quality gates • Mentor and guide automation engineers • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 8–10 years of testing experience with strong automation background • Additional relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (preferred) • Advanced proficiency in system testing methodologies and test documentation creation • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes • Advanced knowledge of test planning, execution, error reporting, and verification procedures • Strong expertise in automation frameworks and tools • Programming skills (Python/Java/JavaScript) • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
