📋 Description

• Installation, maintenance and servicing of systems and instruments for genetic analysis in client laboratories • Execution of quality assurance measures • Supporting customers on-site and remotely via telephone support, troubleshooting, diagnosis and user training • Independently planning, coordinating and prioritizing work processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical or scientific vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering or medical technology, or an equivalent qualification • Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and analytical skills • Positive, customer-focused demeanor and strong communication skills in German, with good English skills • Confident use of digital tools, service software, mobile applications and modern technologies • High willingness to travel (up to 75–100%) and readiness to work from home
