📋 Description

• Support forecasting processes for Revenue, Bookings, Price, and OpEx for LCD and broader LPG EMEA • Lead financial preparation and contribute to weekly Commercial Pulse calls and monthly/quarterly business reviews • Partner with Commercial Leaders to identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions • Develop and maintain leading indicators to anticipate performance gaps • Support Annual Operating Plan preparation, target cascade, STRAP, and multi-year planning • Provide financial support for Channel and Key Account initiatives, including rebate, incentive, and promotional programs • Evaluate commercial program performance and ROI and influence optimization decisions • Build scenario models and deliver ad-hoc analysis for leadership discussions • Act as back-up for Selling OpEx control activities, including accrual validation and variance analysis • Support workforce planning using Workday / Workforce module • Help implement scalable OpEx reporting tools and dashboards • Contribute to reporting automation, dashboard development, and process improvements • Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Division Finance stakeholders across EMEA • Present financial insights and recommendations in regional review forums • Build relationships with remote stakeholders and influence across a matrix organization • Ensure reporting continuity and cross-training within the FP&A team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 2–4 years of progressive analytical experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or similar function • Strong analytical and modelling capabilities, including Excel, financial modelling, and relational databases • Experience with financial reporting systems such as Power BI, Cognos, CMR, PLN, SPoT, or similar • Experience in commercial finance within a multi-entity, international environment preferred • Ability to synthesize complex data into concise, actionable insights • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfort interacting with Commercial Leaders • Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a remote, matrixed environment • Fluent English required • Willingness to travel 10–20% if required • MBA a plus • Additional European languages a plus
