• Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field • Additional HR/recruiting certifications preferred • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Workday preferred • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies including social media, Boolean search, and direct approach methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in clinical research, pharma/biotech, or life sciences industry preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance regulations • Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Language requirements vary by location - fluent English required, additional languages may be needed • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • May require up to 10-15% travel
