📋 Description

• Contribute to attracting qualified talent to help advance our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer • Serve as a strategic talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies • Build strong talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience • Shape our talent strategy while representing our culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations • Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required • Additional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin) • Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration • Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities • Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
