📋 Description

• Craft and implement strategies to drive growth for assigned Strategic Account Clients • Collaborate with the Sales Account Leader to deliver a customized value proposition to clients • Explore novel compounds to boost market presence leading to improved customer satisfaction • Forge and cultivate relationships within the client team • Work with various departments to propel growth • Build Sterile DPD business development strategy • Become an authority on the partner’s pipeline and portfolio • Lead and develop relationships at senior levels within select accounts • Support the development of customer-specific contracts • Use opportunities such as bundles and incentives to grow DPD's market share • Anticipate challenge points and opportunities for customer engagement • Gather information and develop commercial strategies based on customer dynamics • Apply customer relationship management system to forecast sales numbers.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc or equivalent experience in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy) or a business-related background • MBA or similar background in business education • Extensive experience in sales, deal composition, and key account or relationship management • Background in selling CDMO gives a clear edge • Background or expertise in sterile environments is a clear benefit • Strong analytical skills including financial competence • Proven track record of acquiring business from significant accounts • Proven success in engaging effectively with senior leaders both internal and external to the company • Commercial account leadership with demonstrated experience leading complex, high-value, high-growth accounts in a matrix environment • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Complex deal structuring experience • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving goals • Proficient in English.
