âą Drive growth across the combined downstream workflow portfolio, focusing on bioprocess chromatography, buffer outsourcing, and production chemical supply and services âą Develop and achieve business objectives across biotech and biopharma downstream development and manufacturing accounts âą Influence evaluation and use of bioprocess chromatography resins and purification platforms âą Engage with downstream process development, MSAT, and manufacturing teams to optimize purification workflows and consumables âą Collaborate with Bioproduction Account Managers to position solutions toward procurement and supply chain stakeholders âą Identify customer requirements and position purification products, buffer supply solutions, and supporting services âą Support customer evaluations through technical input, sample coordination, presentations, process walks, and workflow optimization discussions âą Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans âą Provide forecasting, pipeline management, lost order reporting, and competitive intelligence using Salesforce
âą Master's Degree plus 5 years of technical sales experience in bioproduction, bioprocess chromatography, or a related field âą Preferred fields of study: Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline âą Strong technical understanding of biopharmaceutical workflows, focused on downstream processing âą Deep knowledge of chromatography principles, bioprocess resins, buffers, and quality requirements âą Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets in bioproduction technical sales âą Expert presentation and communication skills for technical and commercial stakeholders âą Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications âą Success in consultative, value-based selling of long-term solutions âą Strong project management and organizational abilities âą Proven relationship-building and networking capabilities âą Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization âą Ability to travel significantly within the region âą Business-fluent English required; French is a strong plus âą Experience presenting at scientific conferences and trade shows âą Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities âą Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions
