📋 Description

• Serve as the Project Lead and primary sponsor contact • Accountable for overall project delivery (quality, time, cost) • Ensure compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements • Manage customer expectations and ensure financial stewardship • Drive risk identification and issue resolution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 8+ years of experience in global trial management, preferably in Neuro Rare Diseases or Psychiatric disorders • Technical and systems competency, such as computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload effectively • Strong understanding of project management principles (time, quality, cost) • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Good judgment, decision-making, and analytical skills
