📋 Description

• Calculate billing data for studies, including investigator fees • Set up and update investigator fee trackers • Secure finance approval for payments related to investigator funds • Periodically review fund issues for studies and resolve them with Project Leads and Global Finance Analysts • Collaborate with internal customers and occasionally engage with clients regarding payment-specific concerns • Handle study-related critical issues and payment- and funds-related findings • Raise project risks when appropriate • Maintain investigator funds trackers for transitioned studies • Build management reports and metrics tracking task progress and fund management • File communications and maintain trackers and systems • Build tickets to initiate assigned workflows • Follow up with finance team members for approval updates • Escalate issues to management for resolution • Compile data for investigator billing calculations, fee tracker updates, and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to provide administrative, reporting, contractual, and financial support related to processing payments to investigative sites • Ability to compile data from multiple sources for investigator billing calculations, fee tracker updates, and reports • Ability to calculate billing data for studies, including investigator fees • Ability to set up and update investigator fee trackers • Ability to secure finance approval for investigator fund payments • Ability to review fund issues and resolve them with Project Leads and Global Finance Analysts • Ability to maintain investigator funds trackers, reports, metrics, trackers, and systems • Ability to build tickets to initiate workflows • Ability to follow up with finance team members on approval updates • Ability to escalate issues and project risks to management • Understanding of contractual guidelines and country regulations
