📋 Description

• Complete reconciliations in accordance with contractual guidelines, country regulations, and procedures • Compile data from multiple sources on completed patient activities, contracted milestones, and processed payments • Schedule and perform bi-annual reconciliations • Schedule and perform final reconciliations and clear site-related payments and accruals • Respond to and resolve payment-related issues and findings • Manage funds, investigator payments, and project finances with financial stewardship • Build and manage relationships with study sites and study teams • Support PPD clinical research services’ key projects within the Global Clinical Development group

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience comparable to at least 2 years • Equivalency through a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple timeline-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively • Flexibility to reprioritize workload for changing project needs • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel • Preferred experience using CTMS, EDC, or financial systems • Ability to work independently and as a team member • English language skills, oral and written • Ability to extract information from protocols, contracts, budgets, and other study documentation and perform data entry • Familiarity with ICH Good Clinical Practices, country regulatory and/or applicable tax regulations • Ability to analyze project-specific data/systems for accuracy and efficiency • Ability to work under high pressure with intense concentration • Ability to multitask constantly • Frequent client/associate interaction • Occasional long, varied hours • Rare travel and rotating shifts
