• Gathering, synthesizing and analyzing insights related to key customers to shape engagement approaches and strategies • Conducting innovative primary qualitative, quantitative research and data analysis to capture deep customer insights

🎯 Requirements

• Established independent consulting practice • Proven experience as a Researcher or Insights specialist in an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company • Track record of designing and directing insights programs related to customer engagement • Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion • Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills • Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
