📋 Description

• Manage the client relationship by overseeing everything from status calls to solution walkthroughs, feature training, and strategy sessions • Maintain timelines for regular client support requests • Responsible for client delivery • Partner with clients to understand their goals, objectives and grow their business • Contribute to the product feedback loop, providing requirements to Product and Engineering on how feedback should be incorporated into the requested feature • Identify areas for increased efficiency, from processes to frameworks and automated tools, operating under the belief that if you do something twice, you can find a more efficient approach • Collaborate with Product Management to provide requirements on new feature requests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience • Operations, product management, project management or client relations experience • Self-directed learning style; naturally operate with an execution mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the desire to implement process and standardize as you go • Detail and deadline oriented • Responsible, reliable, and flexible • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Shopify/eCommerce experience is a plus
