📋 Description

• Utilize ServiceNow expertise to architect, design, develop and deploy solutions using the ServiceNow platform • Drive collaborative team efforts, mentoring and ensuring quality development • Own overall project outcomes and documentation • Participate in pre-sales cycle as technical expert and lead client workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Subject matter expert on a ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM preferred) • Expert knowledge on at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform • Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform • Recognized expertise in own area within the organization • Demonstrate deep expertise across multiple technologies • Able to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches • Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools • Strong presentation skills • Strong project and situational awareness • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter • Able to travel of at least 25%
