📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer point of contact and single point of accountability for engagements from kickoff through executive readout • Own scope and statement-of-work compliance, set success criteria, manage change control, and align stakeholders on outcomes and boundaries • Run governance and delivery cadence, including standups, status reporting, stakeholder and steering reviews, RAID management, and decision logs • Resolve engagement risks and escalations before they threaten scope, timelines, or client relationships • Drive quality control through peer reviews and readiness checks for client-facing deliverables • Lead a 2–3 person pod across discovery, analysis, and executive readout • Set quarterly and annual goals for pod members and provide coaching and feedback • Staff and manage utilization across sold and internal projects • Maintain engagement hygiene, including risks, decisions, and artifact version control • Drive technical discovery and analysis across multi-cloud, platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and application/data domains • Produce prioritized recommendations with effort sizing and sequenced roadmaps • Translate findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes • Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce toil and accelerate insight • Evolve collateral and incorporate it into the Rapid Solutions playbook • Define and refine Rapid Solutions offerings, playbooks, templates, and delivery standards • Partner with practice leaders to align Rapid Solutions standards with broader AHEAD delivery frameworks and cross-practice initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience with engagement leadership • Experience owning engagements end to end as Engagement Lead • Experience managing scope, statements of work, change control, governance, cadence, RAID management, and decision logs • Experience managing engagement risk and escalation • Experience driving quality control through peer reviews and readiness checks • Experience leading and staffing a 2–3 person pod • Experience setting goals and providing structured coaching and feedback • Experience managing utilization and forecasting staffing needs • Experience with technical discovery and analysis across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Knowledge of platform engineering, identity, networking, security, and application/data domains • Ability to produce prioritized recommendations, effort sizing, and sequenced roadmaps • Ability to translate findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes • Experience implementing AI-driven solutions • Experience creating and maintaining delivery playbooks, templates, standards, questionnaires, scoring rubrics, and readout templates • Experience partnering with practice leaders and aligning delivery standards with broader frameworks
