📋 Description

• Develop account plans for new and existing small to mid-sized corporate accounts • Prospect new customers and drive new business with existing customers • Close full solution sales to corporate customers • Maintain a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline • Focus on companies with revenues of less than $500M • Lead entire sales process from initial contact to renewal • Meet or exceed revenue targets • Collaborate with teams within the organization to tailor solutions • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders • Regularly update CRM system to maintain accurate sales activity records • Engage in client meetings in person or via platforms like MS Teams

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred • Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience • Proven record of sales quota over achievement • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies • Experience with high velocity sales using a consultative and value-based approach • Experience selling to C-level executives applying solution selling approach • Ability to identify business challenges and impacts • Skilled in leading detailed sales processes • Enthusiastic about prospecting and managing entire sales cycle independently • Ability to develop and execute an account plan • Must be able to work from home office and travel to customer locations
