📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate applications using Java and Oracle PL/SQL. • Design and implement integrations between Thomson Reuters systems and client environments. • Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Professional Services, Support, and Engineering to ensure deliveries aligned with business needs. • Develop and optimize procedures, packages, functions, and complex queries in Oracle databases. • Actively participate in technical reviews, architecture definition, and continuous improvement processes. • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues in applications and databases. • Contribute to the platform’s evolution through automation, reduction of technical debt, and adoption of engineering best practices. • Support technical knowledge sharing and serve as a reference for less experienced developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience developing software using Java in complex enterprise environments. • Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including development and optimization of queries and database routines. • Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and distributed application architectures. • Familiarity with modern Java ecosystem frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Framework. • Experience with version control tools, continuous integration, and DevOps practices. • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions. • Experience working in agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies. • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improving the customer experience.
