• Leads strategic analysis using large, multi-source datasets to uncover business insights that support GTM, product pricing, and financial strategy rather than simply reporting on performance. • Acts as a thought partner to Finance Ops, translating business performance into financial metrics including CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, and retention. • Defines and refines KPIs that align execution with company objectives and drives the implementation of strategy across with cross-functional teams. • Owns analysis across campaign effectiveness, customer and segment behavior trends, pricing elasticity, and product monetization strategy, focusing on tradeoffs and recommendations. • Synthesizes complex insights into concise, visual presentations with bullet points, charts, and storyboards that speak directly to business leaders and executive leadership. • Analyzes marketing, product, and financial data into cohesive performance stories that highlight tradeoffs, risk factors, and growth potential. • Acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing C-level decisions through strategic insight and clear communication.
• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required • 9+ years of related experience, required • Experience in Business Intelligence, Strategic Analytics, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment, required • Proven experience working with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams, required • 12+ years of related experience, preferred • Highly proficient in SQL, with the ability to navigate across modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Domo, AWS, GCP) • Demonstrated strength in consolidating and interpreting data from across numerous fragmented datasets and systems into clear business insights • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, including user acquisition funnels, engagement metrics, and customer lifetime value modeling • Leverages GTM and analytics platforms including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to extract business insights and influence strategic decisions • Exceptional at communicating findings through brief bullet points, compelling visuals, and direct recommendations—no fluff, just insight • Deep understanding of core SaaS performance metrics, including but not limited to CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, user adoption, and pricing strategy • Proven ability to combine creative and critical thinking while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment • Adaptable and proactive with a focus on results, clarity, and decisive action, fostering cross-functional collaboration to support team in achieving goals • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
