The platform lets customers describe projects in their own words, browse local pros across many trades (e. g. , cleaners, handymen, plumbers, electricians, painters, HVAC, contractors, landscapers), view reviews and cost estimates, message pros without sharing contact details until messaging, and offers a guarantee up to $2,500 if a job isn't done as agreed. Thumbtack provides consumer-facing apps and a separate pro-focused experience with resources, community, and tools for professionals to manage leads and reviews. It covers every county in the U. S. and emphasizes project guides, cost guides, and home maintenance plans.

📋 Description

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other marketing channels • Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify key levers of growth that we can scale across the program • Help report on the impact of engagement programs, using learnings to iterate and make improvements • Enforce marketing messaging best practices across all channels • Work closely with Creative team to ensure alignment on creative vision and voice across all marketing messaging touchpoints • Constantly optimize our marketing operations processes for more efficient and seamless campaign deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing ops • Experience working with ESPs and/or a marketing/engagement automation tool (Iterable or Pardot experience a plus) • Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly • Excellent project management and communication skills • Precise attention to detail.
