📋 Description
• Act as the primary, high-touch point of contact for designated client partners during critical touchpoints. • Conduct on-demand meetings (in-person in the Parsippany/NJ area or via video conference) to check on project health and client satisfaction. • Actively listen to client pain points, evolving needs, and strategic goals. • Ensure clients feel valued, respected, and prioritized, fostering long-term partnership loyalty.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development • Must be based in or near Parsippany, NJ, with the ability to travel locally for occasional in-person client meetings. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proven track record of listening between the lines to uncover a client's true business needs. • High comfort level with an on-demand, variable schedule that adapts to client needs and project milestones.
