📋 Description

• Develop, configure and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform according to technical and functional requirements • Write scripts using JavaScript, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions • Design, implement and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows and automation processes • Configure and evolve ITSM modules, namely Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management and Service Catalog • Participate in the implementation and support of additional modules, such as ITOM (IT Operations Management) • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs and IntegrationHub • Configure forms, tables, business rules, notifications, service catalogs, SLAs and dashboards • Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and problems related to the platform • Collaborate with functional, technical and business teams to identify requirements and design solutions • Ensure the quality, security, performance and scalability of developed solutions • Participate in maintenance, upgrades, testing and continuous improvement activities for the platform • Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and configuration standards • Apply development best practices, version control and application lifecycle management • Contribute to the adoption of ITIL best practices and to the continuous improvement of IT service management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field • Between 3 and 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration • Strong experience in JavaScript scripting on the ServiceNow platform • Knowledge of workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog and process automation • Proven experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management • Knowledge or experience with additional modules, namely ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping or Event Management • Experience developing integrations via REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub or MID Server • Knowledge of databases, data structures and web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL-based service management practices • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical problems • Native-level Portuguese • Good command of English, both spoken and written • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer, are a plus
