• Launch and operate the community home. • Set up and evolve the practical community experience. • Leverage and deploy Tines' own automation tools to manage community workflows. • Own the community content and programming initiative. • Own specific elements of the community strategy, roadmap, and planning exercises. • Lead the community onboarding initiative. • Foster positive interactions within the community and lead response actions. • Lead Community Voice of the Customer (VoC) efforts. • Provide expert moderation support. • Collaborate across CX, Product, and Marketing teams. • Act as a resource across the CX organization.
• 5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in SaaS or adjacent space. • A demonstrated ability to learn complex technical products quickly. • Familiarity with automation and AI is preferred. • Skilled writer and editor capable of developing engaging, informative content. • Comfortable owning initiatives from ideation through measurement and iteration. • Enjoy being a resource for the wider team and helping internal Tines engage effectively with the community.
