📋 Description

• Manage the operations of the Residence Hall Resource Center • Serve as a member of the building leadership team in managing the day-to-day business affairs and planning of the assigned residential hall • Serve as an on-site emergency response/crisis intervention agent in the absence of the Residence Hall Director or the Residence Hall Assistant Director

🎯 Requirements

• Required Education: Associate's Degree • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree • Required Experience: 2+ years of office experience or equivalent combination • Experience providing a high level of customer service • Preferred Experience: 1+ years of office experience with a Bachelor’s degree • Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications • Moderate to fast, accurate keyboarding • Good proofreading and writing skills • Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office or proficiency with Apple • Knowledge of desktop publishing software • Knowledge of Access.
