• Lead and Scale the Proposal Team • Serve as the escalation point for proposal risk, resourcing challenges, schedule pressure, or compliance concerns. • Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, tools, and reusable content libraries. • Partner closely with Capture, Business Development, Technical Leadership, Contracts, Pricing, and Executive Leadership to ensure proposal operations align with TITAN’s growth priorities. • Lead end to end proposal execution when assigned—ensuring compliance, quality, and on time submission.
• Active or eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance. • 10+ years of federal proposal experience. • 6+ years as a Proposal Manager or Senior Proposal Manager. • Demonstrated experience leading proposal teams, not just managing individual proposals. • Strong understanding of federal solicitations (state and local experience a plus), proposal compliance, and color team reviews. • Proven ability to lead teams under deadline pressure while maintaining quality and discipline.
