• Atuar no suporte N1 de ambientes SAP AMS • Realizar acompanhamento e tratamento de chamados utilizando ferramentas ITSM • Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs e a correta priorização das demandas • Apoiar a gestão do backlog e o fluxo operacional da sustentação SAP • Executar monitoramento e tratativa de incidentes críticos • Atuar em regime de sobreaviso e atendimentos em horário de madrugada, quando necessário • Realizar interface com equipes técnicas e áreas de negócio • Registrar evidências, atualizações e procedimentos operacionais • Apoiar a melhoria contínua dos processos de sustentação.
• Ensino superior completo ou cursando • Conhecimento em ferramentas ITSM • Conhecimento em processos ITIL • Conhecimento em Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets e Drive) • Conhecimento em MS Office será considerado diferencial • Experiência ou conhecimento em operações de atendimento ao cliente • Conhecimento em processos críticos de negócio • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de gestão de demandas simultâneas.
