• Perform proactive monitoring of clients' transactional environments; • Identify and address incidents, aiming for rapid stabilization of environments; • Log and follow up on activities related to environment management; • Execute environment acceptance procedures; • Conduct contingency tests to ensure operational continuity; • Perform preventive checklists to identify potential failures and risks; • Keep the knowledge base and client documentation up to date; • Work following ITIL best practices and established processes; • Monitor area performance indicators and metrics; • Interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service quality.
