📋 Description

• manage and grow relationships of participating fitness locations within Tivity’s Medicare and commercial networks • serve as the primary commercial contact for partner locations • drive retention, partner satisfaction, and network growth • develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, executives, operators, and regional leaders • analyze partner performance metrics and recommend growth and retention • support partner marketing and promotional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development • experience working with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks preferred • strong relationship management and communication skills • ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations • experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, health or related field) or equivalent experience
