📋 Description

• Execute advanced process solutions for TOMRA Food’s largest and most important customers • Set up, implement, and monitor a structured stage gate process from pre-sale interactions through final commissioning • Lead cooperation with internal TOMRA stakeholders and coordinate third-party interactions • Manage projects from quotation through commissioning, including on-site installation management • Support Sales with project costing and risk identification at quotation stage • Develop equipment, process, and product expertise to support solution development • Communicate customer design standards and expectations to the project design team • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors • Assist with equipment supplier negotiations • Control project budgets and manage change orders • Liaise with operations and logistics to maintain project schedules • Ensure projects align with organisational goals and objectives • Conduct regular customer visits using a hands-on project management approach • Facilitate project handover to the Service Organisation • Document and investigate incidents • Report and record hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures • Supervise and train employees and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industry-related design or project role • Fluent in Arabic and English • Experience in the food or machinery industry is advantageous, but not essential • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Proven practical problem-solving capability • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment • Ability to understand and adhere to health and safety responsibilities, legal obligations, and TOMRA Safe standards
