📋 Description

• Install, commission, repair, maintain, and upgrade TOMRA sorting systems at customer sites • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently and perform root cause analysis • Provide technical support on-site and remotely to minimize machine downtime • Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine usage and maintenance procedures • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable support • Document service activities and provide detailed service reports • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards during all service activities • Collaborate closely with internal Service, Technical Support, Engineering, and Sales teams • Travel extensively across India and selected APAC regions (up to 80%)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical service work • Experience in customer-facing technical support or field service environments • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Good knowledge of industrial equipment, automation, or machinery • Fluent English communication skills • Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams • Independent and proactive working style • Valid driver’s license • Based in Surat or willing to relocate to Surat
