• Provide technical advice and field-service engineering support to customers and internal stakeholders. • Support commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Munters products and equipment. • Identify and correct problems associated with start-up, operation, performance, reliability, or serviceability. • Recommend product, equipment, process, or service improvements that meet customer needs and Munters standards. • Develop constructive customer relationships that support safe delivery, issue resolution, and future business. • Document technical findings, service activities, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
• Technical engineering understanding with the ability to diagnose, explain, and solve customer and equipment issues. • Ability to work safely and systematically in field, customer, and project environments. • Customer-facing communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into practical recommendations. • Structured documentation, reporting, and collaboration with service, sales, product, and engineering teams. • Education typically aligned with: University degree, Specialized schooling. • Relevant experience typically: 2-4 years.
