📋 Description

• Partner with regional leadership to implement HR programs, policies, and procedures across both union and non-union environments • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention strategies • Conduct internal HR investigations and support resolution of employee concerns • Support labor relations by interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and guiding leaders on union-related matters • Drive recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding • Collaborate with Legal on employment law matters, unemployment claims, and compliance initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Analyze and deliver HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law • Experience supporting union populations (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • High level of discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, and data management
