📋 Description

• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries and Python/R scripts to support analysis, reporting automation, and operational decision-making • Leverage modern analytics tools, data visualization platforms, and automation capabilities to improve scalability and insight generation • Apply structured problem-solving and analytical rigor to complex or ambiguous operational challenges • Build executive-level dashboards that provide clarity to operational leaders and enable data-informed decision-making • Serve as analytical partner to Law Firm Operations leadership across the full case lifecycle from intake through pre-litigation, litigation, settlement, and resolution • Define, refine, and standardize KPIs for each phase of the operational workflow, ensuring clear accountability and measurable performance standards • Analyze throughput, conversion rates, cycle times, staffing productivity, case economics, and quality metrics across the lifecycle • Identify bottlenecks, performance variability, and structural inefficiencies across states, teams, and practice areas • Translate operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for Law Firm leadership • Support forecasting and capacity modeling tied to case volume growth and expansion initiatives • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes—not just following existing playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, data operations, or systems analysis • Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large datasets • Proficiency in Python or R to support advanced analytics, data transformation, and scalable reporting solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset • Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven, high-growth environment • High intellectual curiosity, critical thinking ability, and ownership mindset • Strong communication skills—written and verbal • Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed
