📋 Description

• Join a rapidly growing national firm at a formative stage • Make a visible, measurable impact on a rapidly growing business • Own product execution through a team of Technical Product Managers • Report to senior leadership and work closely with engineering org • Architect systems from the ground up • Drive the build of a custom AI-enabled CRM • Oversee the development of a client-facing portal • Manage the migration away from Salesforce and Filevine • Ensure initiatives have a clear definition of done and a path to adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a product leadership role managing other PMs • Proven track record shipping AI-powered or AI-integrated products • Strong product intuition and eye for UX • Experience driving large-scale platform migrations or greenfield builds • Able to move fast and make decisions without perfect data • No-ego, team-first leader who makes the people around them better • Bias toward building, not just planning
