• Solid experience as a Senior Field Service Consultant. • Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement of Field Service solutions. • Knowledge of field service operations (work orders, scheduling, SLAs, routing, etc.). • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. • Experience providing remote support to corporate clients. • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a consultative profile. • Fluent in Portuguese and available to work under a CLT employment contract. • Previous experience with leading Field Service platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, TOTVS, ServiceNow). • Experience in digital transformation projects or customer journey improvement. • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). • Certifications related to Field Service or service management.
